That is a fixable problem. It is also an expensive one to get wrong, which is why we settle the design, the materials, and the number before anyone swings a hammer.

First Conversation

Investment Range Presentation
We come back with a clear scope, a conceptual layout, and an investment range, so you know what your project is likely to cost before you commit to anything.
Project Development
We finalize the layout, walk you through materials with our vendor designers, and deliver 3D renderings. Then we sign a fixed-price agreement with confirmed start and completion dates.
Build and Final Walkthrough
Daily cleanup, weekly check-ins, and a warranty packet at the end.
A recent primary bathroom
The same room, seven weeks apart
We took out a tub that had never been used to reclaim the space, then designed a large walk-in shower behind a custom marble half-wall that defines it without closing the room off. Marble-look tile with bold veining wraps the shower and accent walls, over an octagon and black diamond mosaic floor. A dual vanity in deep charcoal cabinetry with quartz tops, brushed brass fixtures throughout, a frameless glass enclosure, and layered sconce and recessed lighting to brighten every corner. The homeowners wanted a spa they could walk into every morning, and that is what it became.
We have completed 16 bathrooms, averaging $55,000.

- Zip-wall dust containment, daily cleanup, marked vehicles, and company apparel.
- Your project managers carry no more than three or four jobs at a time, so yours is not the one waiting.
- The lead carpenter running your job gives you an end-of-day update, so you know where it stands and what happens tomorrow.
- We use the same trade partners we have worked with for years, so you are not wondering who is turning up in your house.
- 3D renderings before construction, so you see what you are paying for before anyone swings a hammer.
Investment
What a bathroom like this costs
From $30,000
Full bathrooms start around $30,000. Primary and master bathrooms start around $45,000. Where yours lands depends on layout, materials, and finishes, which is exactly what the design phase settles.
We do not work from allowances, so nothing in your agreement says tile, to be determined.
Scope
Is this a fit?
We take full bathrooms and primary or master bathrooms, design-build, including multi-bathroom projects.
We do not take:
- Shower-only replacements
- Powder rooms and half baths
- Single-fixture swaps, such as a standalone tub or vanity
A full bathroom is the smallest project our design-build process makes sense for.
